A benefit concert featuring America's Got Talent "Golden Buzzer Winner" Mandy Harvey. Mandy is a singer/songwriter who lost her hearing at the age of nineteen. She learned to sing again with the aid of visual tuners and by playing barefoot so she could feel the vibrations of the floor.
All net proceeds will provide the gift of hearing to children and adults in need throughout Lake, Sumter and Marion Counties.
The Hearing the Call Concert Series sponsored by The Villages Health Audiology Department comes to The Villages on January 12, 2020 with a performance at Katie Belle's in Old Spanish Springs Town Square. Tickets to the benefit event cost $65.00 for general admission include dinner and a drink ticket. VIP tickets cost $100 and include meeting Mandy after the show, dinner and two drink tickets. Ticket can be purchased at any villages box office. The concert will benefit Hearing the Call, a non-profit established by the Entheos Audiology Cooperative of practitioners to bring the gift of hearing to the impoverished afflicted in the United States and other countries around the world.
